The left picture is after 1 month and 10 days of training. The right picture is after 7 months and 24 days of training.

On the left my weight was around 54 kg (119 lbs). On the right my weight was 67,3 kg (148,371 lbs) with 9,97% body fat.

Especially the last 12 weeks my progress were very fast, because I followed Anthony Ellis’ program. The first 5 months, I didn’t know what I was doing.
